Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Eligibility for Return:

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• Certain products (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items such as worn eyewear) may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

• We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
